Solis Alabaster Round Chandelier 31"D

The chandelier arrived well packed, and almost every alabaster panel was in perfect condition. One piece had a small chip, but customer service responded quickly and arranged a replacement without any hassle. The replacement took a little longer than expected, which is why I’m giving four stars. Now that everything is installed, the fixture looks beautiful and gives our dining room a soft, warm glow.

The quality is very good, and the brass frame feels solid and substantial. Each alabaster panel has slightly different veining, so the finished chandelier looks unique and much more expensive in person. It was packaged carefully, but the fixture is heavy and attaching and leveling all of the individual pieces took our electrician longer than expected. I also wish it came with a few more spare panels. Overall, we’re very happy with the finished result and would still recommend it.
