Nivara Alabaster 2-Tier Rectangular Chandelier 40"W

This chandelier a stunning addition to my entrance. The build quality is really good, and the light itself looks even better in person than it does in the photos. I can tell it is real stone when touched it. It is pricey but I would say it is a good substitute of similar designer lighting, much cheaper. What truly impressed me most is the exceptional customer service. When one of the light bars (the "stick") was not functioning properly when it arrived. The support team responded immediately. they went above and beyond by air-delivering a replacement part directly from Hong Kong to ensure the issue was resolved. It annoyed at first that it didn't work out at first but their superb service really altered my feelings. I were very impressed especially after my bad experience with some other shops.

We're doing some DIY remodeling projects and decided to start with the chandelier. I like the marble texture, it always looks high-end to me. The fixture feels solid and well-made, and it adds a sense of elegance and warmth when guests enter the door. Hopefully, it will last our family a long time.
