The chandelier arrived well packed, and almost every alabaster panel was in perfect condition. One piece had a small chip, but customer service responded quickly and arranged a replacement without any hassle. The replacement took a little longer than expected, which is why I’m giving four stars. Now that everything is installed, the fixture looks beautiful and gives our dining room a soft, warm glow.
The quality is very good, and the brass frame feels solid and substantial. Each alabaster panel has slightly different veining, so the finished chandelier looks unique and much more expensive in person. It was packaged carefully, but the fixture is heavy and attaching and leveling all of the individual pieces took our electrician longer than expected. I also wish it came with a few more spare panels. Overall, we’re very happy with the finished result and would still recommend it.
The chandelier is beautiful and feels very well made. The alabaster has a lot of natural variation, which gives it much more character than a standard glass fixture. One of the stone panels arrived with a small chip, but customer service responded quickly and arranged a replacement without making the process difficult. We’re very happy with our chandelier. It came packaged well. Fyi- it took our electrician a couple hours to install (leveling it and the installation of the individual pieces was a lot!).
This light is the perfect addition to our dining room! It elevates the space with its natural stone elements and ties in with the other natural features of our home. It was a bit heavy and tedious to install all of the individual stone accents, but totally worth the effort.
This lamp is absolutely gorgeous! It looks great whether it’s on or off. It only comes with two spare parts, so be careful when assembling it.
